It was impressive, perfect and with a comfy bed.

The hotel is gorgeous and spotlessly clean, the staff are extremely polite, location is marvellous in city centre. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

Truly enjoyed staying at the well-equipped and high standard room with extra amenities like free minibar. The location of the hotel was perfect and magnificent - at a walking distance from Fairgrounds Cerna Louka.

The property was convenient with nice and very kind staff at night shift, I really enjoyed the stay. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was big and airy. The views across the church were nice.

Hotel location is very good. You can reach a lot of things in the city centre on foot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not only the reception but also the staff in the bar and restaurant.

We recently stayed at Mercure Center in a superior room and it was a great value for money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel is perfect for families, as they provide a comfortable and spacious extra bed for our 9-year-old. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the a la carte menu was also great, though a bit rich at times. The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated, especially the privilege rooms that offered even more space and a complimentary minibar. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. our experience exceeded expectations and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Ostrava for a few days and had a wonderful experience. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was attentive and even turned on the sauna for me in the evening. The breakfast was delicious and the sauna and fitness center were great amenities. However, the highlight of my stay was the privilege lounge, which I won't spoil but is definitely worth it!

This hotel was a great find! It's located close to the city center, with a small park right next to it. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. I loved that there was a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, making transportation easy. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!
